A private aircraft, not a seat
A charter means the aircraft is yours for the flight. There is no shared cabin, no fixed departure board and no seat marketplace — just your group, your bags and a route agreed directly with the operator.

Where a charter makes the difference
Charter is the practical choice when the schedule has to fit the trip rather than the other way around. It is also the only way to reach some lodge strips and remote landing sites.

How charter pricing is built
A charter quote is not a single seat fare multiplied by the group. It reflects the aircraft, flight time, landing fees and the day you want to fly.
For the Caravan, Kenyan charter rates average around USD 1,400 per flight hour. A 30-minute Nairobi ↔ Nakuru one-way comes in near USD 700–800 before repositioning, and sharing a full 12-seat aircraft brings the per-person cost close to the scheduled seat fare.

Can I book a one-way private charter?
Yes. One-way, return and multi-stop charters are all possible. The quote will include the aircraft, crew and landing fees for each leg.
How much luggage can we bring?
The Caravan has generous baggage space, but weight still matters on short bush strips. Share your group size and bag count and we will confirm the allowance for your aircraft.
Can you land at a lodge or remote strip?
Often yes. Landing permissions and strip conditions vary by location, so we confirm them before quoting. Helicopters can reach places without an airstrip.
How far in advance should I book?
Earlier is better for peak safari dates and multi-aircraft groups. Send the request as soon as your dates are firm and we will confirm availability.
